Then they begin assessing your personality through various questions about your background and previous experience as well as a situation related reaction.

HR not interested in contacting candidates, also has communication issues and trying to get too hard into candidate's personal details. Additionally, says they do not have the time to call the candidate. Not flexible enough to schedule a time for an interview by writing an email to the candidate.
