Colloquio
The first interview was a video interview. You answer the questions virtually and the recorded video will be sent to the employer. The second interview was a case interview. The case was given around 4-5 days before the interview and you prepare a 10 minutes presentation for the case. Then, the final step is an assessment center.

Long selection process - cv&cover letter, video, assessment day, online assessments, final interview
It last about 3 months in total, not exactly sure what their selection criterion is. Some headcounts are given to their interns, not through this process.

First applied via Grundfos Career webpage. And then you will get an online video test link.
One HR will write email to you and you can turn to her for any questions. The HR will rate your online test overall.

3. what kind of people you hate to work with
4. one important thing about you that we should know

if you are succesful in the presentation then you will advance to graduate assesment center which is the final step.
