Several interviews. Very typical interview questions. Not intimidating. Different people were on each interview. One interview was in person, one was online over the phone. Overall process took somewhere between 3 and 4 months.
Very relaxing environment. They were very welcoming and descriptive on what the job entails. They also valued and listened to the job experience that I had. Everyone in the interview process was very nice and I had no issues with the things they asked.
the hiring process is very slow and the recruiters doesn`t have any problem wasting your time keeping the application status "in progress" for months. I have received an email by a grundfos recruiter asking me to fill a table full of information and when I reply with the answer I got an instant follow up email asking me about my nationality and when I sent my answer there were no more emails. for a proclaimed multinational company it was a great surprise that I got ghosted over my nationality. and the company`s career website keeps my application status as in progress until this moment.
