They will ask your standard interview questions, and since they will take almost anyone since the turnover is so high there, they will want you to shadow during your interview. DO NOT ACCEPT unpaid shadowing time. They will still offer you the job regardless. Do yourself a favor and just decline the offer no matter how desperate you are.
