Two separate phone interviews - one with the owners, one with a technical contractor. The an in-person interview with the development team lead and the previous technical contractor.

3 round interviews first one is technical assessment, develop one project with whatever you want to achieve their requirements second one is technical interview about your skills and knowledge last one interview with manager
