Be prepared for several rounds of interviews. This is mostly to ensure the teams you work with in the future all have a chance to get to know you and have a say in whether or not they think you will be a good fit.

The interview process was standard and very thorough. I felt as if it was a great introduction to the company. It was kind of a long turn around and I received another job before they called me back after my final interview.

I saw a posting online and sent my resume with a cover letter. About a week later, I had a brief chat and then was invited for an in-person one on one interview. That went well. The next step was a pc skill test which also went very well. I also had an interview with 2 people at the same time. The people were very nice and easy going. The interview process went great for me. BUT, here's where things change. When it came to negotiating pay, let's just say the pay is soooo bad. If they guarantee (pun intended) anything, it's offering a dirt cheap pay rate. I'm talking about way below industry average. The company is clearly taking advantage of the weak economy and seems to be looking for people who are desperately trying to take any kind of a job and at any wage. This is a shame considering it is a fast growing company that is growing in size and in sales. Now, I should also mention the other benefits the company has: on-site gym, 10 paid vacation days, a 2% 401K match, career advancement opportunities, and a decent health insurance plan. So if you value the perks over the pay, then maybe this gig is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a company that will pay a fair wage.
