A recruiter conducted a zoom interview, then emailed me saying their manager would like to interview me in-person. I met in an office with both these interviewers at the bank, and the interview took about 25 minutes total.

First interview was with the talent acquisition specialist. They went over the history of the bank and what to expect. They were very upfront and honest and laid back. Second interview was with the actual branch manager at the location I was applying for. This consisted of both the branch manager and assistant. They were very welcoming and relaxed. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable even though it was an interview which can sometimes be nerve wrecking.
