Recruiting for this company is a debacle. After weeks of screening and overkill of interviews. After the final face to face; they told me I was over qualified. Which confused me since no one could identify that within 3 interviews screenings. They then bread crumbed me on a billing lead offer for almost two months just to tell me their busy. This company is a joke.
