Star method meeting with two - three recruiters very easy going not intimidating no complaints about interview, kept asking general questions about previous job experiences perfect perfect perfect no complaints

This was a group interview with a recruiter, the hiring managers and three other candidates. This was their first time doing this and we were asked to anonymously comment on the process on glassdoor. I thought it was less stressful than a direct interview as a number of people are being evaluated at once. Asking the same question of each candidate allowed some additional time to formulate my response. The questions are typical of what one might expect for the position. I don't mind the format but my concern is it might be hard for some candidates to get across everything they have to offer. A lot of people don't like to speak up in group settings and tout their accomplishments. Perhaps that's all stuff for the next interview process. Overall I've got a good impression so far and hope they move forward with my candidacy.
