A six week process with 11 interviews either by phone, Zoom, and in-person including two with the corporate office- plus three long assessment tests with one including Algebra- PLUS a 1/2 day spent at their office with their staff only to be be declined the position because I "lacked formal clinical experience" something they knew for the beginning. The Guardian Recruiter kept my interest by claiming I was the "top candidate" when it was untrue and they had someone in the wings with healthcare experience and were vetting that person all along. They totally wasted (and monopolized) my time. I found the entire process with Guardian DISINGENUOUS. Beware!
