It is a cultural fit interview. It consists of questions regarding your background and experience listed on cv and your motivations and attitudes. The interviewer also introduces the company and answers a few questions from you.

The interview process is structured in 4 main parts: First, you get to know the HR for a standard initial interview to understand better your goals, salary expectations and general stuff like this. The second interview is done with the group lead where he dives deep with more personal questions about your past experiences to understand better if you would fit in the environment and what project you would like to work on. In this stage I got asked a single question about how I would have approached a simple problem they faced, but nothing too technical. The third one was a technical interview, composed of three main parts: -generalities about the chosen language and paradigm -2 classical leetcode problems (I would say on the easy type), one was regarding the parsing of a string. The goal is to pass the given tests while writing a clean code. -Few questions about real world scenarios on how you would have approached a given problem to find a solution. I did not have the chance to be selected after the technical interview and access the fourth interview. Regarding the interview difficulty, it was nothing too hard; the interviewer was pretty clear with the requests and questions, and was kind enough to answer any doubt regarding the given problems.
