Two calls with HR One tech round with lead engineer. The calls with HR where long and beating around the bush too much, felt like sessions with a therapist. The call with the tech lead was an insult, they acted like I was a scam applicant, didn't even believe on my degree. The whole call was me trying to convince him I was a legit applicant, no idea how they got that opinion beforehand, felt like I was prejudiced and not respected at all. I decided to withdraw my application after that via email.
