The interviewer calls you and reads from a boring script without asking any questions. It felt like someone was just playing a tape recording of an interview. Afterwards they email you with a code test that they ask you to do to make it to the next interview. Even after completing the code test they just drop the ball and never respond.
I would highly not recommend interviewing here.

Multi stage process, including talking to the development director initially to get a flavour of the organisation, a code test, technical and cultural interviews by current developers at the company and a chat with the CTO. Everything was done remotely since they are a remote-first organisation.
