My first and second round interviews went really well. I was scheduled for the final, third-round interview which was cancelled and rescheduled. Then I was ghosted on the rescheduled date. After emailing them three times I heard no response from the company. They also did not explain their hiring process from the start (i.e. how many of their interviewees are made offers) as other companies do.

It was Over the phone for initial interview. I was told to take a couple of assessments. It was pretty straight forward. And now they will get back in touch with me to move forward if i get a high enough score on the assessment s.
