The interview was much more like a conversation and flowed very easily and despite it being over video I enjoyed having another person to interact with rather than being prerecorded to questions on a screen. There were no trick questions and no competency based questions so despite all my examples I had ready they weren’t really required although I did refer to them. Instead it was an opportunity for the interviewer to see if I’d fit in with the team.
