      The process was straight-forward: phone screen, two phone interviews, in person interview. I thought the interviews went generally well, except for the in person interview which involved an awkward google chat interview with a colleague in California, he kept repeating the same questions and waving his remote around (presumably constantly adjusting the volume) which made it seem like he wasn't listening to my answers and wasn't interested in what I had to say... I was disappointed not to get an offer though as I really liked the company.

      Had a brief 30 minute call with the recruiter. Then another 30 minute call with someone from the office. After that I was given a task to do for 45 minutes.

      Colloquio

      This is a pretty lengthy process. I went through several interviews with a lot of different people. An initial phone screen with the recruiter. Then a phone interview which was back to back with two different people. I had to answer mock support emails and enter info in an excel spreadsheet while on the phone which was new and awkward for me. After passing that step I was brought in for an onsite with 2 people who already hold the CSA position and the manager. These interviews all went very very well. The next step was to meet with the CEO but I never made it to this round. I had another offer and told them that if they liked me I needed to be pushed through -the process a little quicker. Well they went another person in the running. Which is fine. Guidebook was my first choice since I love them. I will hand it to the recruiter too because she was so sweet and so communicative and actually Called me to say they went with someone else! Which is unheard of in this day and age. They kept it as a really open door though. So that was really nice of them.
