I applied online and was contacted quickly for a first round interview with a Senior Consultant. That interview was standard and included a few administrative questions. I waited a month to hear back about a second round interview which consisted of two behavioral interviews with a 30-minute presentation on a topic of my choice. All the employees I interviewed with were very kind, passionate, and responsive. On the other hand, the hiring team is very unresponsive and did not respond to my follow-up requests. It's been almost 2 months since the final round interview and I have still yet to hear back from the hiring team.
