Had referral and got a phone interview with recruiter. Interview went well, they walked me through the next steps, and was supposed to get a second interview. Recruiter reached out to schedule second interview but never confirmed a time.
Ended up being ghosted after recruiter went on vacation and never got back to me after specifically asking me for availability.
