Interview process took an incredibly long time to end up being ignored. Spent weeks trying to schedule an initial interview which was then scheduled day of for a date which had been previously agreed was unavailable. After waiting all this time and sending a follow-up email and phone call more so for feedback and areas I may improve in throughout the process knowing at this point they were not interested, led to more ignoring.

What are you looking to gain out this position and how do you see it helping you grow in your career?
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

Colloquio
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
