The process was a bit drawn out because the recruiting team is understaffed right now (took exactly eight weeks from initial outreach to offer letter). I had a screening interview plus four additional interviews. Two were behavioral, one was a case interview, and the last one was more of a casual discussion/get to know you conversation.

Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

Colloquio
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
