Three one-on-one interviews with Guidehouse consultants of increasing seniority. All were friendly and honest, aiming to put me at ease. None of them were trying to catch me out.
The internal recruiter coordinating the process may have been capable but was clearly swapped. Often did not reply to emails.

3 stage process. Applied February and had screening. March in-person interview with Director, then later case study interview. You have 48 hours to analyze the business case, data set, and create slide presentation. Ghosted after case study.
Interview process was grueling. 3+ months, 7 interviews. Performed well, positive feedback, but job frozen due to DOGE. I wouldn't wish the process on anyone. I still wanted the job. But tedious, time-consuming, only to be told job frozen.
4 interviews. HR screening, panel with example exercise, peer interview and partner interview. Process took a couple months and felt very drawn out without clear communication on next steps. I was also asked to reapply to a different job listing part way through the process because HR lost my information. All in all a slow and uncertain process.
