I had a call with a recruiter regarding this position, this call was very positive, he explained to me the process, how I can be a fit for the team. Then, I didn't hear anything from his side for up to a month. After following up I received an email for a second interview with the director. After providing my availability, again the recruiter disappeared. After 1 week, I received an interview date. 5 minutes prior to the interview, I received a phone call to postpone the interview without providing additional information or another date. I wasn't contacted by them since then.
