Standard HR phone screen followed by two more interviews. One with a Director and project team members and another with a Partner. I used the STAR method to answer behavioral questions and my experience for technical skill questions.

Understand a problem solving framework and apply it to questions such as: "Company A has a problem with X. How would you approach solving this problem for them?"
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.

1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
