Straight forward. One call with a recruiter to gather basic information. Second call with hiring director/directors focused more on your experience and what value you can bring. Last interview with the partner you will be aligned to, this was my favorite part about the process. Very causal and open conversation to gage whether or not you are a fit for the firm
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

Colloquio
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
