It has 3 rounds: Aptitude, Group discussion and finally Hr round.If your fluent in English then u will pass this interview.The Hr round is more easy then the Group discussion.

2. Face to Face interview(2 levels) need good communication(average english and grammar) with confidence. 1st lvl is self intro, reading some text and a personal EQ question.
2nd lvl is to check if u will stay in guidehouse or not.
3. Apptitude test.
