Easy process, three rounds, but they never said what project I would be supporting until the very end. When they made the offer to me I was disappointed with the project I would be supporting and told them I did not want to support that project. I thought we would discuss other projects because they originally said the role would fill gaps across projects, but then I never heard from them again.
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

Colloquio
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
