Round 1: 90 minute interview - first 45 minutes is with one person (mine was a director) and behavioral. Second half is with someone else (managing director) and is a case study. The case study is sent 48 hours before the interview, and you must complete a powerpoint presentation (5 slides). You are supposed to send them all the materials and present during the 45 minutes (I presented for half then talked with the MD the other half). The case study is very extensive and took many hours to complete, mostly Excel data analysis. Frustrating to have spent so much time on it and give them my idea and process analysis.
