Weirdest interview process ever and the recruiter was weird too. My last interview seemed like the guy was on drugs. They put two different time zones on the interview email and matched them up wrong and the recruiter said that, "if it was him, he would have double checked" like excuse me? I was only looking at MY time zone, why would I double check all the time zones. To top it off, I sent a follow up email and instead of responding back to me like a human, the recruiter just sent me an automated rejection email instead. I regret wasting my time with him on the first phone call, there were multiple red flags, but I ignored them, which was my own mistake.
