3 phases -
1. HR phone interview,
2. 2x individual interviews - 1 with a leadership team member and 1x with a manager
3. 4x individual interviews - A case study, spot case interview and 2x interviews (similar to step 2).
A lot of time is required to prepare for their interviews. I was told everything went well and suddenly I didn't hear anything back. They didn't even give me feedback on my performance, which they said they would.

Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

Colloquio
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
