The interview itself is pretty easy, but the people had a lot of negative things to say about their own firm. Seems like even though they are trying to grow, they are being forced to downsize by corporate. Also, get ready for this to take a while. This took over two months to get through.

Why Guidehouse, why consulting, what do you think consulting means, case interview about whether a company should launch a certain product, case interview about whether a company should launch a product in a new market.
They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.

Auch Gespräche mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern oder Führungskräften sind üblich.
