I applied for this job before I read the comments here (huge thanks!) and then I regretted. Anyways, I already had scheduled a phone interview, so I tried to get myself out of this job procedure. I didn't try to please them with my answers and luckily I succeed it. The girl I did the interview with was anyways nice. They replied quickly to my application and the schedule for interview. However, I didn't see myself working here as a head hunter and no further experience. In the phone interview it turned out that what the people have written here is right. The job is mostly "hunting" these experts through phone or LinkedIn and nothing more. Of course they say that in a more rounded way, but you'll figure it out.
For those who for some reason what to try working here, the further stages are: skype interview with their project managers and then a small case study.
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.

Applied by LinkedIn and received the call from the recruiter in a few days. Then a recruiter asked me a simple question like where do I live, and when is the best time for in-person interview.
