Had an initial interview that was basically to see if you're a human and can speak. Then had a 3-hour interview and spoke to many different team members. They were very disorganized and called at the wrong times. Though I had just graduated and was applying for an entry level position, they asked me all kinds of questions that assumed I had ample experience in a company like Guidpoit, which was obviously not the case.

The lady who interviewed me was introduced to me as HR Manager but she wasbarely qualified for this role. Her English was correct but really poor accent. The questions were unecessary and irrelevant for this role. She was reading the job description and was not able to clearly answer my questions. Also, she asked me about renumeration and after that mentioned that the salary is not negotiable. The interview was the first contact, I kindly rejected being accepted for the next phase.

First was a phone interview, but the recruiter wasn't nice and friendly. You not feel comfortable during the interview with them. I'm not surprise they don't find people after a while.
