They call you first on a quick and easy call, if you succeed then you're invited to an 30 min in-person interview. At first, you're interviewed by 3 members of the company on personality questions, then a senior will ask technical questions related to the company and the role. By the end, after a 10 minute rest and if they liked you, they call you on a muck call to test your practical skills.
