Es war erstmal ein Telefongespräch und lief über fast eine Stunde. Das Gespräch war eine gute Mischung aus formellen und informellen Fragen. Es wurde viel Bezug auf meine vorhergehende Erfahrung genommen. Daraufhin folgte ein Gespräch mit HR im Head Office in den Staaten und ein Gespräch vor Ort in Düsseldorf. Immer wurde viel für die Firma geworben, größtenteils für die Kultur dort. Es wurde nie zu viel versprochen und mir wurde ein realistisches Bild vermittelt.

The interview had to be rescheduled and then the length increased. The actual interview was quite relaxed and was told that they had someone already at the last stage but wanted to meet with me anyway. I gave an hour of my time and then heard nothing back from them, I asked for feedback and have had no response, not acceptable at all especially from the level of Director.
