The initial screening interview is virtual and lasts 30 minutes. They ask you to give a brief self-introduction and then ask about a lesson plan that went well, what classroom triggers you have, a time when you changed someone's mind, how you deal with difficult parents, and then logistics in terms of location and age group you'd like to work with.
