The process was extremely straight forward. No phone screening, recruiter got me an interview. Went in, met with HR, then the Director of Development, a few days later I had an offer. The only thing I didn't like was the company that was used for the background check. I did not give any consent for them to contact my current employer, they did anyway and another employee found out I was looking to leave (Not a good thing). Other than that, the process was easy, straight forward, and I've been pleased with my employment ever since.
