      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Guidewire (Bengaluru) nel mese di mag 2026

      0. Recruiter reached out. Explained the process and work model will be hybrid. 2-3 days in office. 1. screening, few questions on project and DSA medium problem related to Graph 2. System design - there were two interviewers and they asked me to build the system which they are building in the company. I was sort of surprised and found it funny that they expect me to build there system. 3. Hiring Manager, worst of it all. Kept interrupting while I was answering. Didn’t listen to what I was answering. Constantly replying to those annoying slack messages. He said he wants his team to be in office for 5 days no exception, he was of the opinion that people take advantage of WFH and productivity is low. I asked him for any metric that points to increase in productivity, he shot me down saying why do I need it. The meeting was supposed to for 30 mins but went on for 90 mins. No respect for other person’s time. I feel sorry for his reportees. I wasted total 8 hours of my time for this interview, including commute. After a week or so recruiter called for one more round with leadership. I told them hiring manager is RED FLAG and I can’t work with him.
