I interviewed at Guidewire in February 2023. The process took three weeks and consisted of a quick phone call with HR, an online coding assessment on Codility, and four in-person interviews. Two of the in-person interviews were more technical, one was focused on culture, and the last one was with the hiring manager. Three of the interviews were conducted back-to-back on the same day, which was a bit tiring. Some of the interviewers were very friendly and provided feedback and answers to my questions. However, after the interview process was complete, I was contacted by Guidewire again. I thought they were going to give me feedback on my performance, but they only asked about my overall experience with the interview process. They did not provide me with any specific feedback or offer me the position. After that, they froze the position.
