After applying online, I followed up with an in-person check in on my status. I received a call for interview within 24 hours. The process, and the interview, went very smoothly. Sadly, everyone involved with my hiring are no longer with the company.

Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.

Felt like I was being interrogated or discriminated against, as if this were an important career. Dude, you hire high school students. Give me a break. Avoid applying to guitar center.
