I did a phone interview and they were very nice and then I went for an in person interview which ended up being a panel interview with 4 people which was not expected, with lots of questions but they were so nice and calm. It went well.

Interviewed offered the job, set up a drug screen then left hanging. Called to follow up and was told by the hiring manager sorry the requisition for the job is still pending.
