A recruiter reached out to schedule an interview for a week later via Teams. She sent over a questionnaire and interview tips. Interview included a panel of manager and two other team members. Fairly smooth interview where the panelist asked company prepared question. I sent follow up thank you emails and thought the interview was a success. Was given a 1 -2 week response time from the manager, however I never heard back. About 5 days later I saw the job posting was re-uploaded and then taken down a week later as being closed and the position filled. Just felt it was unprofessional for no response from any of the interviewers after I took time off to complete the interview. More so surprised that the recruiter couldn’t respond to let me know another candidate was selected instead.
