My interview was 3 rounds, which got progressively more challenging each time. I met with many team members, and all of management over two days. I answered general resume/experience questions, and questions on my advertising knowledge on day 1. The team was very friendly and genuinely listened and held a conversation with me. I got an email to schedule round 2, where we went over Excel questions, and brain teasers and received a call the following week with an offer!

I got an interview invitation after a few days I applied online. The first round was an in-person interview with one of the members of the media team. I was told that there would be a second round of interviews for mathematical questions and for higher management.

It was a smooth interview with the HR and the hiring team members. Great communications. The interview last for almost 1 month from the start to the end of the process maybe due to holiday season.

It is smooth. A few regular questions. I felt like I had a nice talk. I am not sure why I was not hired though. Maybe there are better candidates. I do understand their decision.
