Very poor, unprofessional behaviour. They wasted 2 months and at last removed the position. There was a spot interview, had to sit the whole day waiting for the interview, were asked to make a presentation without prior knowledge.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Gupta Power Infrastructure Limited nel mese di mar 2023

The exam was not proctored and was conducted by using a website that helps to calculate IQ. Then our first interview was to be done virtually which was rescheduled 2 times and then the final interview was to be done face to face, which was also rescheduled so many times.
