The interview process was pretty straightforward. I went through 3 interviews, 1 over the phone and two in-person. I interviewed with people that had the same position I was applying for but in different areas of the business.

There was an initial recruiter screen, followed by various video interviews with team members - most questions were behavioral: skills, problem-solving abilities, and some were about alignment with Gusto’s mission and values.
