There are usually phone interviews first to narrow down candidates. Then there will be a video or in person interviews with 3-4 different people. Usually the hiring manager, a peer on the team, and a peer on another team.

Tell me about a time when you had a goal set for you that you were not able to accomplish? What did you do before you didn’t hit the goal? What did you do afterwards?
I interviewed for ~5 weeks via several phone calls and video conferences. Expectations were clearly outlined for me throughout the process and my recruiter Jordan was a pleasure to work with.
