Multi stage, it involves a times assessment
and if successful you get to the in person interview it's a sit down with a panel of 3 people. After this there are further assessment relating to fitness and eye sight.

Online questions followed by in person interview. A series of online questions asking how you would behave in certain scenarios, then a face to face interview which was competency based.
