The first step was an interview with HR, just going through the business domain, goals of the company, current product as well as compensation and benefits. A few hours after this interview, they reached out to me with a coding challenge to complete whenever I have time, which should take between 4-6 hours. After I finished the challenge, after ~4 working days they reached out again to schedule a technical interview where we discussed some details of my implementation as well as other technical questions they had for me. The final step was a culture interview where I met with three employees. We had a chat for about an 1h with a small challenge in between (non technical).
