I found the process disorganized and unprofessional. The leadership was in transition so there was confusion as to who I would interview with. The recruiter who initially screened me also left mid-process.

Very standard interview process. In person interview with a lot of open ended questions. Pretty straight forward. About seven question ranging from customer service, challenges, personality, roles in previous position, etc

The initial connection was professional and a positive experience. After speaking with representative from organziation, I was told they would be reaching out to me no later than the following week. I never heard back from anyone and was placed into a position where I had to contact them to inquire an update or status on position they were looking to fill.

I did not expect to be asked to elaborate at length with my growth process from prior company. Some of the conversation was irrelevant information not related to my cuurent compentencies and skill set.
