Easy going interview. Interview was held in food court and main topic was how to deal or handle busy moments and unhappy customers. Was offered position next day via phone.
The interview was straightforward and relaxed. The hiring manager asked basic questions about customer service experience, how you handle busy or stressful situations, and your availability. The process was quick — usually one round with a store manager or shift supervisor. They care more about your attitude and reliability than prior experience.
