confused as position kept changing, finding out last min that the report had resigned and they were changing the entire structure. They were not clear on what they required or wanted

Submitted my portfolio & cv and heard back pretty quickly that I was being passed to the correct team for the next interview stage. I had an interview planned, and was asked 10 minutes before it started if I could reschedule for later that day (not ideal when you've been preparing yourself all day, to be told 10 minutes before). I had a first phone call interview which felt like it went well. I was then left a voicemail to be told I didn't have the role as someone else had better experience than me, as it was quite a specific roll (which was fair enough and understandable). However they had said that if I wanted more feedback to get back in touch, and that they also would have a role that would suit me better coming up in the near future. I tried contacting for my feedback and asking about the other role and have never had any replies. I understand that they don't have time to talk to everyone that applies, however you shouldn't offer feedback to then not get it. Not very professional to ignore messages. A real shame as I absolutely love Gymshark as a brand!
